Some of you might have experienced virus warnings and blocking from google but we have now been taken of the blacklist and hopefully everything is now back to normal thank you for your patience and understanding.

Some people might notice the huge amount of work the lovely Buttercup puts in around the place and she’s been doing great work for me with many stuff you guys often don’t notice including transfering all the old news going back a whole year on to wordpress.

I am pleased to accounce that she is now a Co-Webmaster of the site.

Another Dorian Gray Review from here Thanks to Dina for finding it. Not very great but hey still a review.

As it stands, Ben Barnes – last seen grunting his way through Prince Caspian – puts in a solid performance. He’s certainly handsome enough, but lacks the steel core needed to portray the character’s monstrous vanity. He struggles manfully through, and is ably supported by Colin Firth, but he’s never quite as engaging as he should be with the result that it’s hard to care about his eventual grisly fate, a major fault in a tale that demands our empathy to deliver its metaphoric point.

All in all it’s a film that echoes its protagonist, good looking but ultimately lacking soul.
